Zeth Bacho

In Loving Memory of Zeth Bacho.

With heavy hearts, we share that PFC Zeth Bacho passed from this life on July 4, 2025, at the age of 30.

Zeth was intelligent, fearless, and endlessly adventurous—a true original who seemed to live without limits. In just three decades, he packed in more life, laughter, and love than most could in a century. At five years old, he made his own horror film; by nine, he had launched a DJ business. As an adult, he became a devoted father, founded his own construction company, and, at 28, fulfilled a lifelong dream by joining the U.S. Army. There, he trained in missile defense, excelling in his work with the Patriot missile system and earning honors for his outstanding performance. At the time of his passing, Zeth was proudly stationed at Fort Hood as a member of the 1st Battalion, 62nd Air Defense Artillery Regiment as a Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer.

Outside of his many achievements, Zeth found joy in the little things. He loved antiquing; collecting movie memorabilia – especially the horror genre and the Halloween franchise; baseball cards; gaming; and nostalgic toys. While in the Army, he discovered a passion for bowling and billiards. But what truly made Zeth special was his willingness to dive into the passions of others—he wasn’t just interested in his own world; he wanted to be part of yours too.

More than anything he did, it was who Zeth was that will be missed most. His energy could light up a room, and his charm was irresistible—he could get away with just about anything by flashing that mischievous smile. If you’re reading this, chances are you’re already grinning, remembering a time you got into (and out of) trouble with him. Zeth was the life of every gathering, always making sure people were laughing, connecting, and feeling included.

Zeth leaves behind a large and loving family: his son, Arron Bacho; his fiancée, Ashley Class; his mother, Danielle Bacho, and her partner, Dave Hanley; his father, Kevin Bird, and wife, Beth; his siblings, Chloe and Ryne; grandparents Kathy and Anthony Corona, Carl and Charlotte Bird, Kathy and Dave Hanley; and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Carmen Bacho, with whom he is now reunited. He also leaves behind his cherished pets, Rocky and Bonk.

Zeth was the glue in so many relationships—his love for his people ran deep. He would be comforted to know that his wide, extended family has once again come together, this time to celebrate his unforgettable life.

We take comfort in the belief that Zeth is now at peace, and in the joy of knowing that his legacy lives on through his “clone,” Arron—who carries forward his spirit, spark, and smile.
