Orlando Rowe

Orlando Rowe, was born April 11, 1957 in Newark, NJ to the late Willie Rowe and Juanita Rowe.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Orlando Rowe who “gained his wings” on July 27, 2026.

Orlando was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. His life was defined by his love for his family and his generous heart.

He worked for UPS from 2002-2012 as a driver, a job he truly loved.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Jedy Rowe, his children Fatima Rowe, Selina Valentin, Joseph Valentin and his 9 grandchildren, lovingly referred to as “the boys the girls!” He is also survived by many beloved extended family members whose lives were touched by his love.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and strength. He will be deeply missed. “to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord” 2 Corinthians 5:8

Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, from 6 – 8 pm at the Finegan Funeral Home at 302 Heckman Street in Phillipsburg, NJ. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, at the funeral home, at 12:00 noon. The interment will follow the service at the Greenwich Cemetery on Greenwich Church Road in Greenwich Township, NJ.
