Joseph W. Rocco

Joseph W. Rocco, 67, of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away on November 11, 2025, at St. Luke’s – Warren Campus.

Born February 10, 1958, in East Meadow, Long Island, NY, he was the son of the late Joseph A. Rocco and Veronica Wright Rocco. He was also predeceased by his wife, the late Dana Rocco

He was a self-employed landscaper and spent 20 years as a drug and alcohol counselor, where he helped many during his tenure.

Survivors are his son, Kyle, as well as a sister, Susan Rocco, and brother, James Rocco. Also surviving are cousins. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by a sister, Jeannie Vacca.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, from 1 – 3:30 pm at the Finegan Funeral Home, at 302 Heckman Street in Phillipsburg, NJ, with a Funeral Service beginning at 3:30 pm at the funeral home. Following the conclusion of the funeral service, visitation hours will continue to 6:00 pm.
