Anna Rose Sinatra
Anna Rose Sinatra, 97, of Lopatcong Township, NJ, passed away on September 3, 2026, at her home with loved ones near.
Born August 1, 1929, in Duryea, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Sapolis and Josephine Kovalan Sapolis. She was also predeceased by her devoted husband, the late Joseph Sinatra, who passed in 2016.
Anna was a devout member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Alpha, NJ. Caring for her family was Anna’s greatest joy in life.
Anna is survived by daughter Barbara Beeh and husband Brian, and daughter, Wendy Sinatra. She leaves behind grandchildren Bonnie McCarthy and husband Ken and Brian W. Beeh and wife Kristin, great-grandchildren; DJ Badore, Liam McCarthy, Aidan McCarthy, Brian H. Beeh, and Lucas Beeh. Additionally, she is survived by a brother, Joseph Sapolis, and sister, Judith Carapazza. Deceased brothers and sisters are Ella Mae Litzenberger, Dorothy Resavy, William, Thomas, and Richard Sapolis.
A calling hour will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 8:30 – 9:30 am at the Finegan Funeral Home at 924 2nd Avenue in Alpha, NJ, followed by Funeral Mass at 10:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church at 830 5th Avenue, also in Alpha. The interment will be at St. Mary Cemetery.
