Richard “Knute” Morello

Richard “Knute” Morello, 65, of Phillipsburg, NJ, was surrounded by his family when he passed at Hunterdon Medical Center on June 1, 2024.

Born February 28, 1959, in Easton, PA, he is the son of John “Jack” Morello, of Easton, PA and Theresa Wendland Summit, of Phillipsburg, NJ.

He was the owner and operator of Knute’s Landscape Service in the Easton and Phillipsburg area.

In addition to his parents, Richard is survived by his brother, Shawn Morello, and sister, Melody Mason and husband Bill. as well as nieces and nephew, Shanna, E.J., Lauren, and Kyleigh. Also surviving are aunts, uncles and cousins.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 from 5 – 7 pm at the Finegan Funeral Home at 302 Heckman Street in Phillipsburg, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home.
