Rosemarie Pfeiffer

Rosemarie Pfeiffer, 94, of Portland, PA passed away on August 22, 2024.

Born May 9, 1930, in Phillipsburg, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Flynn and Rose Ehrler Flynn. She was also predeceased by her husband, the late Donald Pfeiffer, who passed in 2018.

Rosemarie had worked in various secretarial and administrative positions over the years with Ingersoll Rand, Omega Cable Company, Mount Bethel Associates, and the Wilkra Machine Shop. She was a member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, was a volunteer at the Portland – Upper Mount Bethel Food Pantry in Portland, and was a lover of puzzles, crocheting, and chocolate.

She is survived by her children, Richard Pfeiffer and wife Angela, Sue Hendershot and husband Bruce, and Dave Pfeiffer and wife Trish, as well as a grandson, Brad Hendershot and his wife, Samantha. In addition to her parents and husband, Rosemarie was also predeceased by a sister Helen.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, August 26, 2024, at 11:00 am at St. Mary Cemetery in Alpha, NJ. There are no calling hours. The Finegan Funeral Homes of Phillipsburg & Alpha are coordinating arrangements.
