Mariann Scalfaro

Mariann Scalfaro, 72, of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away on October 26, 2026, at her residence.

Born October 15, 1954, in Phillipsburg, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Rose Perine Scalfaro.

She was employed at Abilities as a care giver and was also employed at Rite Aid. Previously, Mariann worked as a bartender at Guy’s Bar, Mother’s, and for Larry Holmes. An animal lover, she adopted from various shelters in the area.

Survivors are her brothers; Michael Scalfaro and Joseph Scalfaro as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by a brother Anthony and sister Katherine.

The Finegan Funeral Homes of Phillipsburg & Alpha are coordinating private services.
