Anna V. Rothrock
Anna V. Rothrock, 92, of Pohatcong Township, NJ, passed away on March 6, 2026, at her home.
Born July 14, 1933, in Alpha, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Kerekes and Julia Efu Kerekes. She was also predeceased by her husband, Harry E. Rothrock Sr., and son, the late Harry E. Rothrock Jr.
She was a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, enjoyed playing bingo, and her weekly coffee klatch. Anna was a member of the John Dolak American Legion Post, Ladies Auxiliary, in Alpha, NJ.
Survivors are her children; Linda Deemer, Steven Rothrock, William T. Rothrock, and Nancy A. Rothrock. Grandchildren are Laurel Micci, April Micci, Cole Deemer, Brandon Thomas, William Rothrock, Rachel Rothrock, and Tara Rothrock. Great grandchildren are Aiden, Anton, Sebran, and Veronika. In addition to her parents, husband, and son, she was also predeceased by brothers; Joseph, George, Steven, and John Kerekes, as well sisters; Betty Johnson and Margaret Pruznick.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 6-8 pm at the Finegan Funeral Home at 924 2nd Avenue in Alpha, NJ. A funeral service will be held Friday, at the funeral home at 11:00 am. The interment will be held at Stewartsville Cemetery in Greenwich Township, NJ.
