Judy E. Kelly

It is with great sadness we announce that Judy Eileen Kelly, 74, of Phillipsburg, NJ passed away on February 11, 2026.

A graduate of Phillipsburg High School and St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Radiologic Technology, Judy was proud to dedicate more than 40 years of her life as a radiologic technologist.  Through her long and compassionate career, she brought comfort, professionalism and general concern to every patient she served.

Above all, she adored her grandchildren.  They were the light of her life and she found immense joy in attending their events, celebrating their accomplishments and simply spending time together.  Her love for them was boundless, and the memories she created with them will be treasured forever.

She is survived by her beloved children Stephanie Imhof and her husband Paul of Easton, PA,

and Nicholas Kelly and his wife Shannon of Phillipsburg, NJ.  She is also survived by two sisters, Mary Lou Cole and Patricia Michael, both of Phillipsburg, NJ along with her grandchildren, Lucy Imhof, Owen Kelly and twins Jackson and Carter Kelly.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Donald Kelly, parents Robert Regitz and Helen (Howell) Regitz and her niece Lauren Michael.

She will be remembered for her kindness, strength and unwavering devotion to those she loved.
