Cinda L. Blackwell

Cinda L. Blackwell, 70, of Palmer Township, PA, passed away on January 17, 2026.

Born July 11, 1955, in Phillipsburg, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Willard W. Lefler Sr. and Sharon Whitmore Lefler. She was also predeceased by her husband, the late Frederick Blackwell, who passed in 2018.

She had been employed at the Hunterdon Developmental Center in Clinton, NJ, SuperFresh in Phillipsburg, and Johanna Foods in Flemington, NJ.

Cinda is survived by her son, Tyler Hurley, as well as brothers, Bill Lefler and wife Kelly, Amos Lefler and wife Teresa, and sister Sharie Lefler. Nieces and nephew are Jennifer, Alysha, AJ, and Krista, and great nieces and nephews; Colin, Alexa, Brooke, Savannah, and Clayton. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also predeceased by a brother, the late Gregory Lefler.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Finegan Funeral Home at 302 Heckman Street in Phillipsburg, NJ.
