Justin T. Dornblaser

Justin T. Dornblaser, 23, of Pohatcong Twp., NJ, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at his home.

He was born on April 16, 2001 in Easton, Pa., a son of Shawn R. Dornblaser, Sr. and Kelly L. Kalnas Johnston.

Justin was employed with Montana Construction as a Field Engineer. He enjoyed fishing, playing hockey, riding dirt bikes and spending time with his friends and family. Justin was such a ray of light and made an impression on anyone who met him; he had such a love for life. He was the kind of guy you never forgot and to know him was to love him. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Thomas Kalnas along with his paternal grandmother, Cheryl Schrum.

Justin is survived by his parents, Shawn and step-mother Diana, and Kelly and his step-father, Ken. He is also survived by his loving siblings, Shawn R. Dornblaser, Jr., of Lopatcong Twp., NJ, Kaitlyn Johnston at home, and Don-Andrea Warren also of Pohatcong Twp., NJ. He also is survived by his maternal grandmother, Deborah Kalnas and his great-grandmother, Bonnie Dornblaser.

A gathering for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 from 11 AM to 12 Noon at The Finegan Funeral Home, 302 Heckman St. Phillipsburg, NJ, followed by a Memorial Service at 12 Noon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Justin to Common Sense for Animals, 2420 NJ-57, Stewartsville, NJ 08886. The Finegan Funeral Homes, of Phillipsburg, NJ and Alpha, NJ has been entrusted with his arrangements.
