Turrell “Terry” Arlington Snyder

Turrell “Terry” Arlington Snyder, 90, died peacefully in his sleep on September 18, 2022, at Lopatcong Care Center in Phillipsburg, NJ.

Terry served his country as a Seaman for the United States Naval Forces from 1952 through 1955 on board the USS Ashland, receiving an honorable discharge.

Born February 27, 1932, in Easton, PA, he was the son of the late Chester and Marguerite Keller Snyder. His wife Ann Snyder died November 18, 2015.

He is survived by sister Joyce Conine, daughter Patricia White, son Timothy Snyder, Stepsons Donald and James Lutz, grandchildren Timothy Snyder, Matthew Snyder, Brianne Haegler, Krista Moy, Samantha Lutz, Alexandra Lutz, James Lutz and six great grandchildren. 

Terry was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School, class of 1950 and worked at Victor- Balata belting company in Easton, PA, for 30 years. He lived most of his life in Phillipsburg, NJ, where he grew up. 

A Memorial Service is to be held at a future date.
