Born in Phillipsburg, NJ, on October 2, 1969, he was the son of the late Edward Joseph and Elizabeth Barrett Givnin.
Tom was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School Class of 1991. Tom lived in Newburg, Pa. with his sister Barbara until she passed away in 2017. Tom’s brother Edward (Terry) stepped in and was caring for Tom until his passing.
Tom is survived by his brother, Robert and his companion Maria of Bellevue, Washington, his brother Kevin and his wife Janet of Palmer Twp., PA. Tom loved his 5 nephews, 1 niece and his 5 great-nephews and 2 great-nieces.
He was a member of Arc of Warren County, Tom loved his years of participating in the Special Olympics. Tom enjoyed Rock and Roll music, watching WWE wrestling, NFL football and NASCAR racing. Tom loved life and the family that surrounded him with love. Tom always looked forward to his birthday, knowing the family always had a party for him and all his family and friends would be there. Tom was special, and all that knew Tom loved him, because Tom was love.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 9AM to 11AM at The Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Palmer Twp., Pa., followed by a graveside service at St. Philip & St. James Cemetery at 11:30AM.
