Susan Lynn Thompson

Susan Lynn Thompson, of Forks Township, Pa.,  passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.  She was the daughter of the late John H. and Patricia Thompson and was preceded in death by her husband Jose Arnoldo Velasco.  Susan was born in Easton, Pennsylvania and was a graduate of Easton Area High School.  She further attended Northampton County Community College and had been employed by AT&T as an executive secretary.  Prior to that, she worked at Ingersoll-Rand.  Susan was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Easton.

Susan was a loving daughter and sister and is survived by her mother Patricia Grace Anne (Hughes) Thompson and brother Michael J. Thompson.

A viewing will be held from 6-8 pm Tuesday  August 3, 2021 at the Finegan Funeral Home, 302 Heckman Street, Phillipsburg, N.J.  A funeral service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, 330 Ferry Street in Easton, Pa. on Wednesday August 4, 2021 at 10 am with calling from 9-9:45 am.  Interment will follow at Easton Cemetery.
