Born in Phillipsburg, NJ, on November 26, 1952, she was the daughter of the late John C. Yankus Jr. and Marguerite Kehoe Yankus.
Susan was a lover of musical theater, her many felines over the years and especially the state of Arizona, wherein she spent 44 years of her life.
She is survived by her son, Alex Ray, of Phoenix, AZ, her sisters; Terri Yankus and Kathleen Rising and her husband Earl, her two nephews; Edward and Michael Groller and her two nieces; Katie Vazquies and Hope Massaro. In addition to her parents, Susan was predeceased by her brother, John C. Yankus III, who passed away in 2010.
A Calling Hour will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., at the Cathedral Parish of St. Jude, which is located at the Church of the Manger UCC, 1401 Greenview Drive, Bethlehem, PA, with a Mass to directly follow. The Finegan Funeral Home will be handling the arrangements.
