Sante A. Ferretti
Born July 16, 1946, he was the son of the late Reno Ferretti and Antonette DelSole Ferretti. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his beloved wife, Donna Fortner Ferretti, who passed in 2003.
Mr. Ferretti was employed for many years with Elizabethtown Gas in both Flemington and New Village, N.J. and worked as manager and in construction services. He was a member of the SIM Rod & Gun Club and was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School. After graduation he served with the United States Air Force in Vietnam.
He is survived by his son, Nicholas R. Ferretti and wife Christine, of Alpha, N.J., and granddaughter, Amelia Donna Ferretti. Additionally, Sante is survived by a sister and brother; Marie A. Miller of Alpha, N.J., and Thomas Ferretti of Nazareth, PA, mother-in-law, Mary Fortner, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and parents he was predeceased by a sister, the late Gloria Babirak.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, from 6-8pm at the Finegan Funeral Home at 924 2nd Avenue in Alpha, N.J. There will be an additional calling hour on Wednesday from 10-11am with the funeral service beginning at 11:00am. The interment will be at the Greenwich Cemetery in Greenwich Township, N.J.
