Robert W. Moyer Sr.
Born August 28, 1941, in Phillipsburg, N.J., he was the son of the late Joseph Moyer and Margaret Ritz Moyer.
He was a self-employed farmer who also spent 52 years as a bus driver for the Pohatcong and Phillipsburg school districts.
Robert is survived by his wife, Patricia L. Bolash Moyer, and children: Robert W. Moyer Jr. and wife Paula, of Pohatcong Township, and Kelly Moyer of Pen Argyl, PA. He was predeceased by a daughter, Robin Maxwell, who passed in 2000. He is also survived by grandchildren: Robert W. Moyer III, Joseph Moyer, Brittaney Azzalina, and Gregory Azzalina, and one great grandchild, Chance Tyler Everitt, as well as nieces and nephews. In addition to his daughter and parents, Mr. Moyer was also predeceased by brothers Joseph, Walter, and Theodore Moyer, and sister, Rosemarie Rustay.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019, from 9:00am to 11:00am at the Finegan Funeral Home, 924 2nd Avenue in Alpha, N.J., with the funeral service beginning at 11:00am at the funeral home. The interment will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Alpha.
