Ralph "Tom" Halley

Tom, as he was lovingly known by all, was born on May 28th, 1937. He was the son of the late Lawrence and Mary (Firth) Halley.

Tom and his wife, Nancy (Stroble) Halley, were married for 60 years. Tom worked for various telephone companies as a cable splicer over the years before retiring. Prior to that, he was a member of the National Guard for several years. Tom loved bowling and quoits, breakfast at Sullivan's, sweet desserts, watching the Giants and Phillies, and being with his family 

In addition to his wife, Nancy, Tom is survived by his children: Robin Thorman (wife of Steve), Thomas Halley, Andrea Oren, and Robert Halley; his grandchildren: Stephen, Joshua (husband of Jenna), Ryan, Marcus, Amanda, Nicole (wife of Alex), Alyssa (wife of James), Chelsea, Madison, and Anthony; his great grandchildren; Bentley and Maisie; a step granddaughter Karlee (wife of Marc); three step great grandchildren: Morgan, Breckyn, and Dylan; his brothers David, Francis, and James; his sisters Barbara Rowlands and Shirley Miller; and many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends. 

 Tom was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Raymond and John Halley. 

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, October 24th at Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Palmer Twp., Pa. from 12 noon until 2 pm.  Service to follow at 2 pm.  Interment will be held at the Northampton Memorial Shrine.
