Midge Dobrosky

Marguerite “Midge” Alice Campbell Seibert Dobrosky, 88, of Carteret, NJ, passed away peacefully at her home in Macungie, PA, on December 25, 2019.

Midge was born in Carteret, NJ and lived in Colonia, NJ, before moving to Pennsylvania. She was a secretary, retail sales associate, and retired business owner. She was a parishioner at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church in Carteret, NJ and St. John Vianney R. C. Church in Colonia, NJ. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Her interests and hobbies included bowling, dancing, ceramics and playing Michigan rummy.

She was predeceased by four brothers, Thomas, Lawrence, Joseph and Edward, and two sisters Grace and Catherine. Her first husband Raymond Seibert was a veteran and police officer. She is survived by her son, Darrin Dobrosky and his wife Dawn, of Easton, PA, and her daughter, Denise Dobrosky Bowman and her husband Glenn, of Howard County, MD. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Nicole Dobrosky, Matthew Dobrosky and Tyler Bowman.

Visiting Hours will be held on Monday, December 30, 2019, at the Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Palmer Township, PA, from 2-4 PM and 6-7:30 PM, with a Funeral Service to directly follow. The interment will take place at 11 AM the following day, Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at St. Gertrude’s Cemetery, 53 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ, please be present at the cemetery office by 10:50 AM, from where a procession will begin to the grave site.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Midge to any of the following organizations: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital; the Center for Animal Health & Welfare of Easton, PA; or the Howard County Conservancy in Woodstock, MD.
