Mary R. 'Rosie' Hoffman

Born on Dec. 3, 1928, in Riegelsville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Mary Hunt Lehr.

Mary was a homemaker for most of her life. Mary loved her cats, gardening, especially her roses and tulips, reading, and her classical and opera music. She was a graduate of Easton High School.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, James N. Hoffman who passed away on Dec. 15, 2010, along with her brother, Elmer Lehr.

She is survived by her loving children, Janet Heft and her husband, Gary, of Williams Twp., PA, Gary Hoffman of Williams Twp., PA, and Edward Hoffman and his wife, Kathi, of Catasauqua, PA. Mary is also survived by her grandchildren, Shawn Hockman and his fiancée, Cindy, and Jason Hoffman and his wife, Kelly, great-grandchildren, Brody Hockman, Elaine, Kristopher and Alexandria Hoffman. She is also survived by her step-grandsons, Gary and Gordon Heft, and her stepgreat-grandsons, Skyler, Tyler and Garrett Heft.

A calling hour will be held on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020, from 10 to 11 a.m. at The Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Palmer Twp., PA, followed by a service at 11 a.m. Interment will be held privately.
