Lucy T. Jennings

Born on June 1, 1918, in Phillipsburg, NJ, she was the daughter of the late William Trembler and Lucy Pecora Trembler. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald W. Jennings, with whom she spent 58 years of marriage.

Lucy was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School’s class of 1936; she worked for Woolworth’s in both the Easton and Phillipsburg locations for 35 years and was the past president of the Heckman House Social Club. She loved the beach and the many bus trips she took to the casinos.

Lucy is survived by her children: Donald W. Jennings, of Macungie, PA, and Dolores W. Sciarra, of Bethlehem, PA, her grandchildren: Stefan Jennings, Christopher Jennings and his wife Leigh, Nicholas Jennings and his wife Megan, Tanya Scisly and her husband Mark, Melissa Jennings, Jason Torres and his wife Joanne, Sean Torres and Sarah Rugg and her husband Jon and her great-grandchildren: Grant, Reese, Tyler, Maddie, Joey, Alex, Gavin, Bryce and Trevor. Along with her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her siblings: Nicholas Trembler, William Trembler, Pat Trembler, John Trembler, Ted Trembler, Robert Trembler, Theresa Grasiosi and Annmarie Trembler.

A Viewing is to be held on Thursday, February 14, 2019, from 10-11 AM, at the Finegan Funeral Home, 302 Heckman St, Phillipsburg, NJ, with a Funeral Service to directly follow. The interment will then take place at St. Philip & St. James Cemetery, Greenwich Township, NJ.
