Lucille A. Riehl, 81, of Phillipsburg, NJ, passed away on November 15, 2021 at St. Luke’s Warren Campus.
]She was born on April 4, 1940 in Phillipsburg, NJ; she was the daughter of the Late Oscar, Sr. and Beatrice Steele Foose Osborn.
Lucille loved working in her yard, enjoyed trips to the casino, and loved sending cards to everyone. She loved her dog Thumper. Lucille had a loving family and many wonderful friends. She was a member of the Safety First Volunteer Fire Co., West Easton, Pa.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving companion, James Tate, her son John A. Woolf, Jr., along with her siblings, Shirley Volkert, Oscar, Jr., Ronald, Richard, Barry and Marshall Foose.
She is survived by her daughters, Bonnie McCarthy and her husband Bill of Elko, GA., and Carol Hofschild and her husband Jeffrey of Danielsville, Pa. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Michael, Autumn, Timothy, Shawn, Jamie, Johnny, III and Jenna, along with 11 great-grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by her siblings, Joan Apgar, Judi Moffo, Carol Grube and her husband Gerry, Charma Dornish and her husband Barry, and Jordan Foose, along with many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 from 11A.M. to 1P.M. at The Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Palmer Twp., Pa. Inurnment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org
