Lucia (Lucy) Concetta Bartolotta

A graduate of Phillipsburg High School, Lucy was employed as a supervisor at Bell Telephone Company, as administrative assistant for purchasing at Dixie Cup Corporation, and as a senior recruiter for a personnel company. She was also a marketing representative for Kirby Vacuum Cleaners and a frozen foods company. After her retirement Lucy became the primary caregiver and companion for her sister Mary.

In addition to her parents, Lucy was predeceased by her sisters Jennie McCluskey and Mary Bartolotta, her brothers George Bartolotta , Anthony Bartolotta and Joseph Bartolotta, Jr., and by her beloved niece JoAnne (McCluskey) Ignatius.

Lucy is survived by her sister Carmella Skrapits and Carmella’s husband Joseph Skrapits of Allentown, PA; by sister-in-law Carmela Bartolotta (widow of Anthony) of Naperville, IL; and sister-in-law Joan Bartolotta (widow of Joseph, Jr.) of Houston, TX.  Lucy has 12 nieces and nephews and 10 grand nieces and nephews. 

Lucy resided in Allentown, PA and was a member of the (Roman Catholic) Cathedral Church of St. Catherine of Siena in Allentown. 

A funeral service will be held Monday, May 20, 2019 at 11am at Finegan Funeral Home in Phillipsburg, followed by interment at St. Phillip and James Cemetery.
