Lorraine (Kozare) Boulos

Born Sept 18, 1931 in Alpha to Joseph and Margaret Kozare, she was the wife of the late George J. Boulos, whom she was married to for 32 years, until his passing in 1987.

She graduated from PHS class of ’49, and began her career working for Transogram. She continued her career proudly as a secretary for the US ARMY as a civil servant followed by various clerical positions. Once she had children, she happily finished her career at Orr’s. Lorraine enjoyed gardening, but she had a passion for travel. She was very active in the community as well as volunteering for many organizations such as Miller Blood Bank, Karen Ann Quinlan, and Friendly Visitors of St. Mary. She was most dedicated to St. Mary Church.  Lorraine was a long time member and former president of St. Mary Altar and Rosary, and humbly served as a Eucharistic minister, and member of the Golden Age Club.

Lorraine is survived by her children; Mark, Georgeann, Lynn and Meg. Additionally, she is survived by grandchildren; Megan (companion Justin), Victor (wife Amanda Lynn) Amanda Jo (husband Todd), Natalie, and Paige, as well as her great-grandchildren Kaleb and Kollin. Lorraine is also survived by sisters Carol and Priscilla, and is predeceased by her beloved first granddaughter Jennifer Lynn.
