Born on October 16, 1928 in Plainfield, NJ, he was the son of the late Joseph and Henrietta Gruder Nace.
Ken was a United States U.S. Navy veteran serving during World War II. He worked for a medical supply company as a tool and die maker for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman, loved animals, enjoyed reading and had a great sense of humor.
Ken was a member of the First Baptist Church, Palmer Twp., Pa.
Kenneth is survived by his loving wife, Elke Zimmermann Nace, his children, Nancy Lindabery and her husband Russ of Clinton, NJ, Mark Nace and his wife Mina of Flemington,NJ, Glenn Nace and his wife Danielle of Milford, NJ, his step-children, Michael Schapoehler and his wife Nancy of Glenmoore, Pa. and Sandra Fretz and her husband Kurt of Saylorsburg, Pa. He is also survived by his adoring grandchildren, Bo, Randy, Brett, Faith, Mark, Dylan, Peter, Zackary, Hayley, Ryan, Michaela, Tayah and Cole.
A calling hour will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 11AM to 12 noon at the First Baptist Church, 177 N. Greenwood Ave. Easton, Pa. 18045 A service will follow at 12 noon. Interment will take place at the Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp., Pa.
