Born May 29, 1938, in Easton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles Bowman and Melva Smith Bowman.
Mrs. Klingaman was employed with New Jersey DMV in Washington and Phillipsburg, ABCO-Northampton, the Journal of Commerce, and Schmidt & Associates Real Estate in Washington, NJ. She was an avid Phillies fan, loved reading romance novels, traveling, enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. Judith sang in the choir at St. Philip & St. James Catholic Church and was a member of the Parish Players and Chansonnette Theater.
Survivors are her husband, George Earl Klingaman, and children; Lee Klingaman and companion, Mike Shafer, of Bangor, PA, Tracie Auray and companion, Robin Ruch, of Allentown, PA, and Todd Klingaman and wife, Dr. Leonie Stone, of Rochester, NY. She is also survived by grandchildren; Ian, Briana, Emily, and Julia as well as great grandchild, Willa.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018, from 10:00am to 12:00 Noon at the Finegan Funeral Home in Phillipsburg. There will be a funeral service at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home.
