Josephine S. Amico

Josephine S. Amico, 95, of Easton, PA, passed away peacefully May 21, 2022, at The Easton Home.

Born in Pittston, PA, on October 29, 1926, she was the wife of the late Angelo Amico and daughter of the late Michael Aquilina and Nellie Amico Aquilina.

She was a graduate of Pittston High School and worked in the garment industry. She was a great cook and loved her garden.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Rampulla and grandsons, Filippo and Gabriel. She was also preceded in death by siblings, Samuel, Sadie, Angeline, Charles, Mary, Tony, Cataldo, Vince and Joseph. 

She is survived by daughter, JoAnn Holva (Joseph), grandchildren, Amanda Brown (Daniel) and Blair Holva (Jordan), great grandchildren, Jude, Eliana and Jolene, and many nieces and nephews. 

A heartfelt thank you to The Easton Home and Ascend Hospice, who became like family, their care and compassion went unmatched.  

Private services have been held.
