Jo Ann King

Jo Ann King, 74, of Easton, Pa., entered into eternal life on June 10, 2022 at ProMedica, Bethlehem South.

Born on December 27, 1947 in Phillipsburg, NJ, she was the daughter of the late George and Catherine Reddy Libby.

Jo Ann was a Registered Nurse working at Warren Hospital for many years. She was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School Class of 1967 and then received her nursing degree from Paterson Nursing School Class of 1971. She was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Easton.

She enjoyed watching movies on T.V. and routing for the Philadelphia Phillies. She loved spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren. She spent a lot of her time crocheting.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis King, her beloved children, Chris King and his wife Lisa of Upper Nazareth Twp., Pa., and Libby Weaver and her husband Robert of St. Petersburg, Fl. She is also survived by her brother, Brad Libby of Belvidere, NJ, along with her cherished grandchildren, Alya, Jolie, and Corey, and her great-granddaughter, Arianna. She also leaves behind her beloved dog "Scruffy".

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 11:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. at The Finegan Funeral Home, 4080 William Penn Highway, Palmer Twp., Pa. followed by a funeral service at 1:30. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, Palmer Twp., Pa.
