Irene Lachemayer

Our mother's 96 years of life were filled with a wonderful husband, Sy Lachemayer, who passed away in 2006, dear friends from her church and her life in Bloomsbury, NJ, and so many people who remained close through the years.

Her family would like to thank the staff of St. Luke's Anderson who was with her in her final hours. To each of the staff of Building 3 at Bethlehem Township Country Meadows, words seem insufficient to express the thanks her family has for the years of comfort, care, support and love offered to our mother each and every day. We feel blessed to have had each of you in our mother's life when she needed you most.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests consideration for donations to be made to the Country Meadows Coworker Foundation, 830 Cherry Dr., Hershey, PA 17033. This foundation provides scholarships to coworkers interested in furthering their education, or to the Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue, 60 Vera Cruz Rd., Reinholds, PA 17569, in support of all the beautiful dogs that were so much a part of mother's life.

The Finegan Funeral Home, Phillipsburg, NJ, has been entrusted with her arrangements. Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
