Edmund P. Dicker

Born on April 3, 1934 in Easton, Pa., he was the son of the late Raymond and Elizabeth Ganal Dicker.

Edmund was a graduate of Phillipsburg High School’s class of 1953 and served in the Korean War with the United States Army. Following his military service, he attended Lafayette College, earning an Associate’s Degree. He worked as the Director of International Operations for Ingersoll-Rand and Ecolaire, prior to starting his own engineering and manufacturing business, D&B Services. Edmund loved fishing and hunting and had a great fondness for horses.

He is survived by his wife, JoAnn Parayos Dicker, his sons, Edmund R. Dicker, of Easton, PA, and James S. Dicker, of Lexington, SC, his grandchildren; Katherine, Laura, Matthew, Kelsey and David, his step-grandson, Christopher and his great granddaughter, Sophia. In addition to his parents, Edmund was predeceased by his son, David C. Dicker, his brother, Robert Dicker and an infant sister.

A Viewing is being held on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at the Finegan Funeral Home, 302 Heckman St., Phillipsburg, NJ, from 10 AM to 12 PM, there is then a Funeral Service scheduled to directly follow. The interment will be at the Northampton Memorial Shrine, Easton, PA.
