Della A. Hank

Della was born in Phillipsburg, NJ, on October 17, 1928, a daughter of the late Vincenzo Marinelli and Angelina (Bonadies) Marinelli. 

She was the wife of the late Thomas. E. Hank: together they celebrated 57 years of marriage before his passing in 2012. 

She was a 1946 graduate of Phillipsburg High School.  Shortly after graduation she worked at Magnetic Windings and A & H Sportswear in Easton Pa.  After her retirement she was involved in many arts and crafts groups associated with St. Philip and James Church and assisted in many of their holiday craft shows.  She also was the number one cheerleader for her five grandchildren. 

Della is survived by her sons, Thomas Hank Jr. and his wife Julie and Gary Hank and his wife Michelle.  Grandchildren Amy Eisenhart and husband Eric, Stephanie Piccione and her husband Bobby, Jeffrey Hank, Cory Hank, and Alec Hank.  Great grandchildren or referred to as “the little ones” Emma, Thomas, and Hannah Eisenhart and Rocco, Reagan, and Milo Piccione. 

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas E, Hank: Brothers Carmen, Dominick (Red), and John Marinelli: Sisters Nettie Roscioli, Helen Denofa, Josephine Cooper, and Mary Colucci. 

Services will be held privately due to the current pandemic. Burial will take place at the St. Philip and James Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Philip and St James Church, 430 S. Main Street, Phillipsburg, NJ, 08865.
