Catherine E. Lotsey

She was born in Phillipsburg on October 15, 1923. Catherine was employed at both Avon and Bell Telephone. Mrs. Lotsey is survived by step-grandchildren; Cora Dingman and husband Rich and Harry Franz Jr. and wife Julia. Step great-grandchildren are; Amber Franz, Raymond Theriault Jr., Tyler Franz, and Zachary Franz. Catherine was predeceased by her husband, the late William Lotsey who passed in 1990. A Calling hour will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2019, from 10-11am at the Finegan Funeral Home at 302 Heckman Street in Phillipsburg with the funeral service beginning at 11am at the funeral home.
