Anna Vresk

Born on December 12, 1925, in Wilkes Barre, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Sonchak.

Anna was a sewing machine operator at several garment factories during her life. She enjoyed spending time with her family, had a strong faith, loved animals and enjoyed going to Musikfest. Anna also really enjoyed watching the Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, and Sixers. Anna was a member of St. Jane's Catholic Church, Palmer Twp., PA.

In addition to her parents, Anna was predeceased by her husband, Geza J. Vresk who passed away in 1991, along with her siblings, Frank, Steve, Charles, Kathryn, Helen and Olga.

Anna is survived by her loving children, James Vresk of Bethlehem, Twp., PA, Mary Arcury and her companion Mark Klement of Wind Gap, PA, Bernadine Stoneback and her husband William of Palmer Twp., PA, and Mark Vresk of West Easton, PA. She is also survived by her sister, Sophie Taylor of West Easton, PA, along with 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 19, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Ave., Palmer Twp., PA, limited to 200 people. Burial will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery, Wagnersville, PA. The Finegan Funeral Home, Palmer Twp., has been entrusted with her arrangements.
