Ann L. Trimmer

Ann L. (Rohn)Trimmer, 90, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022 in Holy Family Manor in Bethlehem. Born in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Helen (Murphy) Rohn.  She graduated from Wilson Area High School in 1950 and worked at Mack Printing. She resided in Phillipsburg, NJ.

She was a devoted, loving wife, mother  and grandmother.  Her husband, Austin R. Trimmer, Jr. passed away in 1993. She cared deeply about her family and instilled a strong sense of family commitment in her children and grandchildren. She took great joy in planning large family reunions to ensure that the ties between aunts, uncles, and cousins would be maintained.

She was a member of St. Phillip and James Church in Phillipsburg. She belonged to several local bowling leagues and was an avid Bingo player.  She volunteered at NORWESCAP in Phillipsburg. She loved working in her yard growing vegetables and flowers.

Ann is survived by her daughter, Karen Frey, son Keith Trimmer and his wife Tammy; daughter-in-law Lynn Trimmer; grandchildren Kristen (Steven) Bryan, Lauren (Nick) Peragine, Vanessa (Jose) Canales,and Adam Trimmer; and great- grandchildren Lucca Peragine and Kai Canales, sister-in-law Marguerite Rohn, and brother-in-law Lee Palmer, and many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by a son Kurt Trimmer and grandson Austin Trimmer, brother William Rohn, sisters Betty Jane Montenegro, Catherine Palmer, and Margaret Bourett. 

A private graveside service will be held at St. Philips and James Cemetery in Phillipsburg.  Arrangements are by the Finegan Funeral Home
