Angelina R. Sciascia

Angelina R. Sciascia, 84, of Palmer Township, PA, passed away on September 27, 2021 at Abington Manor in Williams Township.

Born May 3, 1937, in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Anthony Aiello and Mildred Allatin Aiello.

She was employed at Easton Hospital as a nurse and was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church in Palmer Township, PA.

Mrs. Sciascia is survived by her husband, Angelo C. Sciascia, and daughters; Denice Jiorle and husband Steve, of Palmer Township, PA, and Karen Sciascia of Whitehall, Montana. Grandchildren are Andrea and husband Bruce, Amy and husband Adam, Luke and wife Dorien, and Eric and wife Abby. She is also survived by great grandchildren; Kayleigh, Isabella, Michael, Leyla, Winry, and Jackie. In addition to her parents she was also predeceased by a sister, the late Elizabeth Sciascia.

A calling hour will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue in Palmer Township, PA, from 9:15 to 10:15 am with a Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated at the church at 10:30 am. The interment will be at the Northampton Memorial Shrine in Palmer. The Finegan Funeral Home in Palmer is handling arrangements.
